Technical support will provide an assessment of the problem, determine the customer's needs, proceed to immediate troubleshooting if the problem is caused by the equipment, determine if the equipment needs to be sent in for repair, or evaluate other types of assistance by appointment such as remote start-ups or installation questions. This preliminary support assessment is free of charge in any case.
