Technical Assistance

Technical support will provide an assessment of the problem, determine the customer's needs, proceed to immediate troubleshooting if the problem is caused by the equipment, determine if the equipment needs to be sent in for repair, or evaluate other types of assistance by appointment such as remote start-ups or installation questions. This preliminary support assessment is free of charge in any case.

  • - The assistance form must be duly completed for the correct handling of the incident.
  • - We will not be able to answer questions about products that have NOT been sold by Master Battery.
  • - If you do not send a video or photo of the error, we will not be able to guarantee satisfactory assistance.
