This form is to be completed exclusively by the direct Master Battery customer. If you are a private customer, please contact your distributor for this procedure.
This service is exclusively for purchases made at Master Battery. We will not respond to requests for products outside of our brand.

No material that does not comply with these requirements will be accepted.
Master Battery offers warranty on all its products as stipulated in each of them and is responsible for the repairs of the same within this period. If the failure is due to a cause external to the product, such as misuse of the product or a defect in the installation, we offer the possibility of repair at the expense of the requesting customer.

Failure to complete the form in full will not validate this RMA request.
This document must be duly completed and sent together with the purchase invoice of the product for review.
The delivery and collection of the equipment will be at the customer's expense.
In case of failure outside the 2-year warranty period against factory defect, or in the event that the product has no fault, a cost of €40 + VAT will be applied for the revision of the inverter. In the case of batteries, the warranty is for 1 year and a cost of €40 + VAT will be applied for revision/analysis, except for lithium batteries, the cost of the revision is €120 + VAT.

If the purchase invoice or delivery note is not presented to Master Battery, no assessment will be made.
Once all the data is checked to ensure that it is correct and that the assistance is appropriate, you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions for the shipment of the equipment. This communication will be made by e-mail, so make sure that this is correct.
